As reported on tsn.ca

Team officials admit Ide will have to show some improvement in his performance through the first three events or a change may be in the works for the first year squad.

Rumors suggest Formula Nippon champion Satoshi Motoyama could be in line to replace Ide. At least Motoyama has some F1 experience in his background, having driven for the former Jordan team at the 2003 Japanese Grand Prix.
