As reported on grandprix.com

The Formula 1 teams are planning to propose an alternative solution to the FIA’s Central Downwash Generating rear wing. The hope is that the proposal will create a situation in which the technical regulations for 2008 will finally be sorted and that the F1 cars will be able to overtake more easily than is currently the case.
